Amazing FAST customer service!! I called on a Saturday morning in a complete panic for my tenants freezer that had been leaking water and freezing the door open. Jessica took my call and heard my frustration needing this to be fixed immediately. She dispatched their service rep and he was at my tenants house in an hour and fixed the problem and warranted it for a month while we wait on our new refrigerator. This will be my go to company in a pinch for appliance repair.
